Scan one code with your phone, the same way you link WhatsApp Web. Signal Desk never asks for your password and never sees your phone number.
Say what you are looking for
Choose which groups it listens to and tell it, in a sentence, what you want. Clients for your studio, a two bedroom near the park, your next role, anything. That sentence is how it judges every message.
Approve what it finds
Matches land on your desk with a draft reply already written. Approve, edit or skip. It only sends what you say yes to, and it never sends anything at all until you do.
The limits are the product
Built to keep you off the spam list.
Every tool in this category eventually gets someone banned. These four limits are hard coded, they are on by default, and they exist because the fastest way to destroy a network is to automate a message into it.
You tap, or it does not go
There is no setting that turns this off. Every outgoing message needs a human approval, every time.
A person, not a machine
Twenty messages a day, with at least five minutes between any two. It sends at the pace a real person would.
Nobody gets pestered twice
Once someone hears from you, they are off the list for a month. No accidental second approach, ever.
When unsure, it stays quiet
Anything the model is not clearly confident about is dropped rather than shown. A quiet inbox is the correct answer most days.
Privacy
The model runs inside the app. Your chats never touch a server.
Signal Desk carries its own language model. It reads and judges your messages on your processor, in your house. There is no API key, no cloud call, no account, and nothing for anyone to subpoena. Turn off your wifi and it still sorts your inbox.
