Signal Desk

Desktop app for Mac and Windows

Your WhatsApp groups are mostly noise. Three messages a week are money.

Signal Desk reads every group you belong to, quietly, on your own machine. It ignores the memes, the polls and the good mornings, and puts the handful of real opportunities on a desk where you can act on them.

Private beta. No card, no spam, one email when your build is ready.

Hi Anshu, saw you are looking for a technical co founder for the construction AI build. We do exactly this kind of work. Happy to show you what a first version could look like this week if useful.

Nothing leaves your machine until you press approve.

Thirty seconds

Watch it pull one lead out of a thousand messages.

The arithmetic

You are not going to scroll your way to it.

Twelve active groups. A few thousand messages a month. The message that would have paid for your quarter arrived at 2am on a Tuesday, and by the time you opened the app it was buried under forty replies about a restaurant.

3,000+ Messages a month across a dozen active groups
1.8% Of them are actually worth a reply from you
2 min A day is all Signal Desk asks of you
0 Messages sent without your explicit approval

How it works

Set it up once. It runs for as long as you leave it open.

01

Link WhatsApp

Scan one code with your phone, the same way you link WhatsApp Web. Signal Desk never asks for your password and never sees your phone number.

02

Pick your groups

Choose which groups it listens to and tell it, in a sentence, what you do. That sentence is what it uses to judge whether a message matters to you.

03

Approve what it finds

Leads land in the inbox with a draft reply already written. Approve, edit or skip. It only sends what you say yes to, and it never sends anything at all until you do.

The limits are the product

Built to keep you off the spam list.

Every tool in this category eventually gets someone banned. These four limits are hard coded, they are on by default, and they exist because the fastest way to destroy a network is to automate a message into it.

Never auto sends

You tap, or it does not go

There is no setting that turns this off. Every outgoing message needs a human approval, every time.

20 a day, ceiling

A person, not a machine

Twenty messages a day, with at least five minutes between any two. It sends at the pace a real person would.

30 days

Nobody gets pestered twice

Once someone hears from you, they are off the list for a month. No accidental second approach, ever.

Confidence 0.70

When unsure, it stays quiet

Anything the model is not clearly confident about is dropped rather than shown. A quiet inbox is the correct answer most days.

Privacy

The model runs inside the app. Your chats never touch a server.

Signal Desk carries its own language model. It reads and judges your messages on your processor, in your house. There is no API key, no cloud call, no account, and nothing for anyone to subpoena. Turn off your wifi and it still sorts your inbox.
